Applied Gerontology & Founder
15+ Years of Impact
Dr. Cole has dedicated her career to improving the lives of older adults through research, policy advocacy, and direct service. She founded Quality of Life Group in 2009 to bridge the gap between academic gerontology and practical care delivery.
Her work spans care management, caregiver support, and developing the next generation of aging services professionals through mentorship and education.
